The public website
AFK Grinder does not add analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or non-essential cookies to this site by default. The site does not include account registration or a marketing sign-up form.
Like any website, hosting and security providers may process technical request information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and time of access—to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. Their handling and retention depend on the configured Cloudflare service settings.
The desktop app
AFK Grinder is designed as a local-first Windows application. Recorded clips, routines, and project files are intended to remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to move or share them.
The app is not intended to collect machine identifiers, hardware fingerprints, local usernames, or unrelated device data. Final release documentation will identify any diagnostics that are introduced; none should be assumed from this draft policy.
Purchases and Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is expected to act as merchant of record and process checkout, payment, tax, receipt, and refund information. Payment details are entered into Lemon Squeezy's checkout, not an AFK Grinder form. Lemon Squeezy applies its own privacy terms to that processing.
AFK Grinder should receive only the order, product, and customer references needed to fulfil and support the licence. It should not duplicate full payment-card details.
The licensing service
Once implemented, the licensing API is expected to process the minimum information needed to confirm a purchase, activate Pro, prevent obvious abuse, and provide licence recovery. That may include a Lemon Squeezy order or licence reference, activation status, and UTC timestamps.
Internet services necessarily receive network request information, including IP addresses. AFK Grinder does not plan to use IP addresses as device fingerprints or to build user profiles. Production logging and retention details will be documented before licensing launches.
Retention and your choices
Local desktop data remains under the user's control. Payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy according to its obligations as merchant of record. Licensing records should be kept only as long as needed to provide the licence, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain service integrity.
Joining Discord is optional. Discord processes information under its own terms. Do not post order numbers, licence keys, receipts, email addresses, or payment information in public community channels.

A private contact address will be published before checkout opens. Until then, the site does not offer a channel for submitting privacy requests.
